Luis is highly experienced in Corporate Law. He specializes in drafting minutes for the management bodies of legal entities and granting powers of attorney to ensure that corporate structures operate efficiently and comply with current legal regulations.

He is an expert in drafting civil and commercial contracts, establishing guarantees, and preparing reports on obligations and real rights. In cooperative matters, his expertise includes incorporating and operating cooperatives, advising on drafting bylaws, internal regulations, and corporate governance policies, and managing and resolving internal conflicts.

Luis also has experience in obtaining financing and negotiating specific agreements and contracts for cooperatives.
