Lyliana Ongaro advises national and international clients on advertising, consumer protection, competition law, bureaucratic barriers and market regulation, with a focus on procedural representation, strategic consulting and implementation of compliance programs. He promotes a preventive and strategic approach that helps companies manage regulatory risks and operate efficiently in his areas of expertise.
 
He has solid experience in advising international companies and e-commerce platforms, facilitating their entry into new markets in compliance with local legislation. He has extensive knowledge of various sectors, including technology, education, health, hazardous products, entertainment, retail and e-commerce.
 
Her professional background also includes experience in the public sector, having worked at the National Authority of Competition and Consumer Protection of Peru - Indecopi.

In 2024, Lyliana was recognized by Chambers & Partners as one of the "Associates to Watch" in Consumer Law in Peru. In addition to her professional practice, she regularly participates in academic events and provides specialized commentary in the media.
