Lorena Schiariti is a partner of Marval O’Farrell Mairal to the Regulatory and Administrative Law Team and the Compliance, Anticorruption and Investigations Team.

A specialist in Administrative Law, she has intervened in matters of high complexity and impact, providing comprehensive advice on issues related to her areas of practice.

Due to the wide variety of her international clients, during the last decade she has also advised on issues related to public ethics, anti-corruption and transparency policies, with a focus on interactions with public officials, particularly within the context of government contracts and procurement processes.

Ms. Schiariti holds a law degree with a specialization in Administrative Law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina (1997) and attended the Master’s in Law and Economics at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina (2001-2002). She has published several articles on matters related to her practice area.

She is currently a professor in the Postgraduate Course in Compliance organized by the Instituto Argentino de la Empresa (IAE) and Universidad Austral.

Chambers and Partners Latin America included her as a Leading Individual (2009 up to 2020), as Leading Lawyer by Legal 500 (2012 up to 2020) and as Approved Administrative Law Private Practitioner by Latin American Corporate Counsel Association (2014 up to 2020).
