Manel Hernàndez joined Pérez-Llorca in September 2022 as a partner in the Labor Department. Previously, he has developed his career in national firms of recognized prestige in the Labor and Employment area.
Manel has extensive experience in all areas of labor relations, including the legal management of legal proceedings, strategic advice on labor matters, negotiation in collective disputes, the development of occupational risk prevention plans or the development of equality plans, among others.
With almost 30 years of experience, until now he was a partner of a renowned Spanish law firm where he was a member of the Management Committee and Director of the Barcelona office. Previously, he worked in his own office, in Caixa Catalunya, in the Catalan Institute of Health and in the National Institute of Social Security.
