Manuel Tomas Schmidt Meyer joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2023 and is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department.

Manuel graduated as lawyer from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2023, and received the Academic Excellence Award from the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.

During his university years, Manuel participated twice in the team representing the university in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. The team achieved second place in the international rounds in 2024. He was also an editor for Revista Argentina de Teoría Jurídica (RATJ) and Revista Latinoamericana de Derecho Internacional (LADI).

Manuel was a teaching assistant for the course Criminal Law II at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. He is currently a teaching assistant of Public International Law.

In 2024, he completed a postgraduate course in International Contracts and Litigation from Austral University.

Manuel is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
