Marcos Palma joined Marval O’Farrell & Mairal in 2021, and currently works in the Litigation and Arbitration area.

Before joining the Firm, Marcos worked at Allaria Ledesma, at the National Judiciary and at the law firm Barreiro, Oliva, Jaca, & Nicastro, where he was an associate in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration department.

he completed several postgraduate courses in corporate legal advice (UCA) and international commercial arbitration, both in domestic and foreign institutions.

Marcos, in addition, is an assistant professor of Elements of Commercial Law at the University of Buenos Aires, from where he graduated with honors in 2019.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Public Bar Association.
