Marval O’Farrell Mairal

Maria Laura Roude is a senior expert lawyer who specializes in civil litigation and commercial areas. She joined the firm in February 2004 and is currently in charge of coordinating and monitoring civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the oil industry, her area of expertise.

Before joining Marval she worked at Estudio Arauz Castex, Bargalló Beade, Sánchez Clariá, García & Punte Abogados where she coordinated the paralegal area.

Maria Laura graduated in 1997 with an honors degree in law from the Universidad de Buenos Aires. In 1998 she attended the Lawyer Training Program at EABA and in 2007 the Updating Program in Oil and Gas Law at the UBA.

Between 1999 and 2001 she was a professor of Civil Law I, Mazzinghi Chair in the Universidad Católica Argentina.
