María Luz Altieri joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2017 and is currently a member of the Corporate Law Department.

Her professional work includes practice in corporate law, advice on asset and share purchase agreements, structuring of local companies, foreign and local commercial operations, and professional practice in M & A.

Before joining the studio, she worked in the public sector at the National Securities Commission.

She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a law degree in 2013. In 2019, she completed a postgraduate course in International Business Law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, Germany, and a Master’s degree in Business Law at the University of San Andrew.
