María Ines Corrá is a partner and co-head of the Administrative Law, Economic Regulation and International Arbitration departments.
Her work focuses on energy (power, renewable energy, natural gas and mining), regulatory practice, complex litigation and international arbitration.
She regularly advises and represents foreign and domestic clients in deals, public auctions and conflicts related to tariffs control, construction, operation and maintenance of infrastructure for public utilities, emergency measures, export restrictions, and other matters of institutional impact. She has also handled critical court matters dealing with the payment of electrical royalties, and mining and environmental-related issues.
María Inés teaches undergraduate and graduate courses on international arbitration and administrative law at several renowned Argentine universities. She is also president of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALArb), co-founder and member of the Executive Committee of Women Way in Arbitration Latam, and president of the Arbitration Commission of ICC Argentina.
