Professional experience
María José Soto, associate lawyer, member of the firm since 2017. She provides labor advice regarding employment contracts and other relevant operational and regulatory aspects. She has also successfully represented various clients in judicial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and employment-related administrative proceedings.

She has also assisted in successful planning and structuring for the search for labor efficiencies under current legislation. Similarly, she has advised different clients in sports law.

Attorney Soto has been an invited speaker on different current labor issues, including on the Technical Guides for the Implementation of Teleworking in Costa Rica.
