Maria Ojeda focuses her practice on real estate related matters including the acquisition, leasing, financing and sale of commercial and residential real estate. Her experience includes transactions involving mixed-use projects, retail properties, multi-family developments, hotels, and restaurants. Maria has counseled U.S. and international clients on drafting and negotiating hotel management agreements, purchase agreements, leases and related closing documents, and performing complex title, survey and due diligence review.  Maria’s fluency in Spanish also allows her to assist international clients in navigating real estate matters in the U.S.
