Marval O’Farrell Mairal

María Virginia Canzonieri has been an associate of Marval O’Farrell Mairal since 2016. She was also part of the law firm between 2002 and 2008.

She specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign exchange law, contracts and anti-bribery compliance.

Before joining the firm in 2016, she worked for eight years at JBS Argentina S.A., where she started as corporate lawyer and two years later  became Legal Director.

María Virginia graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2004 with a law degree. She earned a Master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2008 and also specialized in Foreign Exchange Regulation at the Universidad Austral in 2010.
