Mariana joined Galicia in 2023 and is an associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice.
Her practice focuses on the legal structuring and implementation of public debt contracting, refinancing, and restructuring transactions, as well as the financing and development of public infrastructure projects at the state and municipal levels. She has participated in a variety of financial and infrastructure operations subject to both local and federal regulatory frameworks, advising public and private entities throughout all stages of the process.
