Mariano has been a part of EY Argentina since 2019 and currently serves as a Manager at EY Law (Legal Services). He brings over 10 years of experience in the field. Prior to joining EY, Mariano worked as a legal coordinator at the Organizing Committee of the Youth Olympic Games Buenos Aires 2018, under the International Olympic Committee. Before that, he worked as a paralegal at the Wiener Soto Caparrós law firm, with a special focus on civil and commercial litigation, as well as corporate law and general practice.

He provides comprehensive legal advice to both national and foreign clients, particularly in contractual matters and conflict resolution, with a strong emphasis on the renewable energy sector. Additionally, he offers guidance on corporate law, civil and commercial issues, litigation and arbitration, restructuring processes, M&A, and due diligence, among others.

Mariano is a lawyer graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Buenos Aires, where he also participated as an assistant professor in corporate law courses. He completed a postgraduate course in Contract Management at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.

He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the Federal Capital, the Legal and Tax Affairs Committee of AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce), and the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance (AAEC).
