Mariano is a partner at del Olmo Legal and concentrates his practice on M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Corporate Law, Real Estate, and Complex Disputes.

For more than two decades, he was a member of one of the leading firms in Argentina, where he served as partner and leader of the M&A, Corporate, and Real Estate practice areas.

He has consistently advised multinational companies and leading companies in sectors such as mass consumption, technology, real estate, advertising, and finance. He has participated in high-profile corporate conflicts and in complex acquisitions and reorganizations.

He is a professor and co-director of the postgraduate program in Mergers & Acquisitions (UBA), with numerous publications in commercial, corporate, and real estate law.

Furthermore, he is the founder of ILIC (International Legal Inner Circle), an international network that brings together more than 1,000 top-tier professionals globally.
