Prior to founding Ascendia Law, Mario Larrea practiced at a recognized South Florida boutique firm focused on venture capital and international transactions, advising on venture financings, cross-border M&A, Delaware restructurings, and U.S. expansion strategies for companies across Latin America.
He is also the founder of The Network, a media platform covering the venture capital ecosystem in Latin America. Earlier in his career, Larrea advised technology companies on government affairs and public policy matters, supporting strategic engagement with regulatory authorities and governmental institutions.
