Marta is Legal Director of the Corporate/M&A department of DLA Piper Spain. She has more than 15 years of professional experience in corporate and financial transactions in the fields of energy, infrastructure and transportation.

His practice focuses on the sale and purchase, development, construction and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, advising all types of investors, lenders and developers in all phases of the project. He also has extensive experience in the establishment of structures for the production and sale of energy in the form of self-consumption, as well as in the negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) from the point of view of both the buyer and the seller.

He complements his project experience with an in-depth knowledge of export support structures, construction and project financing provided by export credit agencies.

Additionally, he advises clients in corporate restructuring transactions and international hedge funds and other distressed operators in the sale and purchase of credit portfolios and real estate assets, with particular involvement in the acquisition process, financing and design of internal portfolio management mechanisms.
