Maximiliano Cuello Bratina joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2019 and is a member of the Public & Administrative Law Department.

Before joining the firm, he worked for two years as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Social Development.

He graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires Law School in 2019 and completed a graduate program on Compliance at the same university. Currently, he is pursuing a master’s degree in Administrative Law at Universidad Austral.

Maximiliano is a teaching assistant and lecturer on Constitutional Law since 2014. He has also collaborated in other subjects of the University of Buenos Aires Public Law Department, such as Administrative Law and Public International Law.

He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Colegio Público de Abogados de la Capital Federal).
