Mike Bedke represents clients in all aspects of real estate and commercial financing work. He has significant domestic and cross-border experience with transactions involving data centers, public-private partnerships and infrastructure projects. His experience includes data centers, rail, ports, airports, marinas, toll roads, renewable energy, university housing and research facility related matters as well as stadium, ballpark and arena projects. His clients include institutional lenders, investors, developers/owners, and management companies in the hospitality, transportation and technology sectors.

Mike has been involved in a number of public-private partnerships (PPP) and private concession deals, including serving as local counsel in the Alligator Alley and Poinciana Toll Road transactions; lead counsel in the Miami Heat American Airline Arena Project; and various "Great Wheel" Projects (iconic observation wheels to be constructed around the World).
