Miguel focuses his practice on arbitration, civil law and civil procedural law. He advises clients before arbitration tribunals and the Judiciary in disputes related to breach of contract, nullity and ineffectiveness of legal acts, indemnity claims, real estate matters, enforcement of guarantees, constitutional issues and corporate conflicts, among others.
