Mitchell Jagodinski is an associate attorney in the Diaz Reus Miami office. He has experience working on both trial and appellate litigation teams, and his key areas of practice include complex commercial litigation, white collar defense, and small business development and expansion.

Mr. Jagodinski began his career in marketing and brand management. During this time, he worked on a diverse array of brands, from an electronics company in Ningbo, China to a major videogame company in Northern California. Throughout law school, Mr. Jagodinski clerked at a prestigious Supreme Court litigation firm and made frequent contributions as an author for SCOTUSblog. He graduated cum laude from The Pennsylvania State University, where he also served as an articles editor on the Penn State Law Review.
