Musa Farmand is a transactional lawyer who primarily focuses on representing public and private lenders and borrowers in finance transactions, including venture growth financings, secured term loan and revolving loan transactions and other asset-based lending matters, acquisition financings, senior and mezzanine funds, private equity investments, corporate governance, restructuring and general debt matters.
Musa has also assisted on a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and other general real estate matters. Additionally, he has assisted on cross-border transactions and international regulatory compliance within the corporate context, including due diligence under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and national security reviews relevant to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
