Nicolás Bontá is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration department.
Nicolás graduated as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires, is a specialist in Civil and Constitutional Procedural Law (UBA). He is presently pursuing an interdisciplinary Master’s degree in Energy at CEARE-UBA.
Additionally, he teaches "Environmental Arbitration", "Environment and Indigenous People´s issues" and "Environmental Pollution, Liabilities and Responsibility" at the University of Buenos Aires as an assistant professor.
He achieved first prize in the Federal Environmental Arbitration Competition as a student. He also worked as a researcher on the UBACYT Project "The Notary Function and the Constitutional Right to Environmental Protection," published in 2023.
He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
