Omar Ayala joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa’s Mexico City office in February 2005 and transferred to the Monterrey office in June 2017. He has focused his professional practice in the areas of litigation and tax consultancy.

- Bachelor in Law degree from Universidad La Salle (ULSA).
- Master’s degree in Tax Law from UP.
He has been a faculty member at Universidad Panamericana (UP) school of law in Mexico City, at the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey and at Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM), teaching ’Amparo’ and Tax Law.
- Member of the Tax Law Academy of Nuevo Leon (ADFNL).
