In the labor area, his practice includes collective bargaining, unions, unfair practices, compensation and benefits, discrimination and violation of fundamental rights of employees, termination of work contracts, work accidents and occupational diseases; and labor disputes.
 

In his engineering and construction practice, Mr. Aitken has extensive experience negotiating and preparing contracts for all stages of engineering, construction and infrastructure projects, including Design Built, EPC, EPCM and BOT.
 

His experience ranges from the initial development of projects, tenders (public and PPP type projects), claims handling to dispute resolution.
 

Mr. Aitken also has vast experience in the real estate sector in various projects such as the development of conservation parks, homes, office and residential buildings, hotels and industrial developments, among others.
