Pablo joined the Firm in 2016. He is currently an Associate Partner and is in charge of the general commercial law practice. He has over 15 years of legal experience, including working as an external lawyer in top-tier law firms and as an in-house counsel.

His practice in commercial law encompasses matters of corporate law, M&A transactions, due diligence processes, e-commerce and personal data protection, consumer defense, preventive bankruptcies, trust organization, and commercial litigation. Additionally, he has published several articles on commercial law in specialized journals and collective works.

Pablo is a Lawyer, graduated with honors from the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina, and holds a Master’s degree in Economic Business Law from the same university. He also serves as an assistant professor in the Civil Law I department at the University of Salvador and as a postgraduate professor in the Legal Advisory Seminar for Businesses at the Pontifical Catholic University of Argentina.

From his position at EY Law - Legal Services, Pablo aims to foster an environment of open communication with interdisciplinary teams, integrating traditional legal services with professionals from other specialties such as cybersecurity, forensics, engineers, or finance specialists, among others.
