Pablo Domingo Farinaccia joined Marval O’Farrell Mairal in 2023 as a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Department.

His professional practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, and consumer law. He also has experience in drafting commercial contracts and in data protection.

Pablo graduated as lawyer from Universidad de San Andres in 2024 with the highest GPA of his class and the highest honors, for which he received the Summa Cum Laude distinction. In addition, Pablo received the award for academic excellence, granted by the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.

During his time at university, he participated in a research project on the level of protection granted by Latin American local laws for personal data in the context of international data transfers between MERCOSUR and the European Union. His thesis on investment arbitration, "The Modern ’Odyssey’: The Journey of Investors and the Challenges in Executing Intra-European Union Awards" was published in 2024.
