Pablo Gil focuses his practice in the area of tax, including individual and corporate taxes, municipal license tax, property tax, sales and use tax, tax incentives, among others. Pablo also assists clients with obtaining Puerto Rico tax incentives for manufacturing activities, private equity funds, qualified energy activities, export services, air transportation services, individual resident investors, among others. Moreover, Pablo assists the corporate team with tax registrations for new business entities and tax related contract revisions.
