Paulina is a member of the International Arbitration practice at DLA Piper, based in Mexico City. Her practice has focused on representing sovereign states and investors in multi-billion dollar commercial and investment disputes under the arbitration rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Prior to joining DLA Piper, she also gained experience in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions, mainly advising foreign investors in their business dealings in Mexico.

During law school, Paulina was a member of her university’s representative teams in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Moot and UP-ICC Mexico Moot international arbitration competitions. Currently, Paulina is co-coach of the team representing Universidad Panamericana, Campus Aguascalientes in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Moot.
