Pedro is the Legal Director of the Labor Law Department of DLA Piper Spain.

He holds a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (C.E.U. - San Pablo) in 1995 and a Diploma in Community Law from the same academic institution.

Master in Law, specializing in Private Law, by the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Fundación Universitaria San Pablo - CEU.

Collaborator in the Master’s Degree in Legal Consultancy at the European University of Madrid.

Regular speaker at conferences and seminars on labor matters and author of several articles in the press.

He has extensive experience in all areas of labor and social security law, having intervened in a multitude of corporate restructuring operations, defense of clients’ interests before courts and tribunals of the social jurisdiction, arbitration, collective bargaining, preparation of equality plans, senior management contracts, labor aspects of mergers and acquisitions, legal audits and senior management contracts.
