Prince-Alex focuses his practice on international dispute resolution and in the firm’s Africa department.
Prior to joining Díaz Reus, Prince-Alex practiced litigation at one of Nigeria’s largest international law firms, where he was a member of the core team responsible for the firm’s telecommunications-related litigation.
At the firm, he had experience acting in cross-border litigation, schemes of arrangement and providing general advice to some of the largest Asian and European corporations operating in Nigeria. He also gained experience by interning at the Permanent Court of Arbitration/International Council of Commercial Arbitration in The Hague. And also, while working as a research assistant at the American Law Institute (ALI), on ALI’s Restatement of the Law - The US Law of International Commercial Arbitration and Investor-State Arbitration (under the supervision of Professor Catherine Rogers).And Before joining Díaz Reus, he was a consultant in one of the few image rights litigation in Nigeria.
He was the founding co-chairman of the Lagos Court of Arbitration (Young Arbitrators Network) where he pioneered the now annual LCA-YAN moot competition and worked in that capacity to bring a Nigerian team back to the Vis Moot competition.

His paper on image rights in Nigeria, published on Academia.edu, continues to be seminal on the subject, in the absence of a clear regulatory framework.
His 2018 paper "International Arbitration: Transnational Debate and Ethics Quagmire" – published in the peer-reviewed Transitional Dispute Management journal was listed by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) in its bibliography of recent writings related to the work of UNCITRAL. He has also co-authored authoritative guides on arbitration in Nigeria for the International Bar Association and Practical Law respectively.
