Quentin specialises in dispute resolution and insurance law.
His experience in these fields covers product liability, breach of contract, and insurance law both in dispute (Professional Indemnity, Financial lines, D&O) and regulatory matters (compliance, regulator investigations, review of policies).
Quentin joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons in 2008, after spending two years in a French law firm.

Quentin holds a postgraduate degree in French private law from the University Paris II Panthéon - Assas.
He was also a lecturer at the University (Paris II Panthéon-Assas and University of Lyon).
He is an active member of UJARF (French Association of the Young Insurers and Reinsurers).
Quentin was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2007.
Quentin is a frequent author of thought leadership materials in the area of insurance and risk management. Recent publications include Insurance and duty to advise : new developments, Anxiety Damage : position of the Cour de Cassation and Regulation of broker activities.
