His professional practice has focused on international tax advisory to clients, having worked for two years in a Big 4 company in Luxembourg. Rafael has participated in the restructuring process of companies at an international level, reviewing the impact of sale and acquisition of shares, intercompany financing, repatriation of funds, among others.
