Lawyer. He obtained his degree from the School of Law of Universidad del Salvador. 

He attended postgraduate courses on Business Management from the University of California, Berkeley, focusing on the legal aspects of management and corporate finance.

He taught at the Entrepreneurship center of ITBA, Endeavor Foundation and the Entrepreneurship Center of IAE, among other prestigious institutions.

As a public officer, he was National Director of Trade Union Associations and Assistant Secretary of Labor Relations at the Ministry of Labor of the Argentine Republic, and he participated in the start-up of companies and venture capital funds.

Within his extensive field of practice, he has a wide experience in national and international purchase and sale transactions of companies and assets, as well as in litigation and restructuring processes.
