PPU partner and leader of the Energy, Mining and Natural Resources and Environmental and Sustainable Development team with extensive experience in mining, corporate, M&A and financial transactions. From 2010 to 2012 he worked as a lawyer at Cleary Gottlieb (New York and Sao Paulo).
He has been Legal Manager of Minera Miski Mayo (joint venture between Vale, Mosaic and Mitsui) and advisor to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. Provides legal and strategic advice to companies, financial institutions and funds focused on the mining industry in their investments, transactions, projects and operations in Peru. Registered as a lawyer in Peru and New York.
