Raquel is part of the Litigation Department. She has solid experience in the judicial field, which allowed her to specialize in civil, commercial, intellectual property and constitutional procedures. In addition to that, she has experience and knowledge in the fields of electricity and telecommunications, and administrative procedures before sanitary authorities. She is a professor of Constitutional Law and Procedural Law at various universities in the country, at a undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
