Raul Morales joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 1992 and was admitted to the partnership in 2004. He has focused his professional practice in the area of tax advice, advising companies listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange and in the United States Stock Exchange, in international restructuring operations, as well as in the area of mergers and acquisitions, always from a tax point of view. He has also advised Mexican individuals in the structuring of their assets.
