Raul Torres has extensive experience in all aspects of Labor and Social Security Law, advising clients in individual negotiations (dismissals, claims for payment, modification of working conditions), drafting all types of employment contracts (especially senior management) and self-employed professionals, conducting due diligences.

He has extensive experience in corporate restructurings, including collective dismissals, modification of working conditions, ERTEs, outsourcing processes and outsourcing of services; he also has frequent legal intervention before the Courts and Tribunals of the social order and before the Labor Inspectorate.
