Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa
Ricardo Rendon is a former partner of EY Mexico where he practiced for over 12 years including a two-year period in the international tax department of that firm in the United States of America.
In 1997, he joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa as a Partner. His main areas of specialization are mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, including transfer pricing. He has been heavily involved in unilateral and bilateral advance pricing agreements (APA’S) and alternative dispute resolutions.

He teaches taxes at the LLM in the Business Program of the Universidad Panamericana (UP) and at the LLM in Taxation of the same University, he teaches at the Postgraduate Program in Energy Law of the Escuela Libre de Derecho (ELD) and formerly taught taxes at Universidad Iberoamericana (UIA).
Ricardo is a frequent writer on international taxation for several publications. He has co-authored several books on taxes and is a frequent speaker at international forums mainly for the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and at the School of Law of New York University (NYU). He has also been a speaker at the American Bar Association (ABA).
