Ricardo joined Galicia in 2023 as an associate in the Administrative Litigation practice.
His experience includes advising and representing major national and foreign companies in disputes before several federal authorities, such as the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, Federal Telecommunications Institute and National Banking and Securities Commission, among others.
Before joining Galicia, Ricardo worked in public law litigation at a relevant Mexican firm focused on TMT Law.
