Roberto Mas has extensive experience advising clients on corporate, upstream and downstream oil and gas matters, mergers and acquisitions, exchange control, and real estate operations in Venezuela.
He also advises private Venezuelan companies and high net worth individuals on corporate restructuring and tax planning.
Roberto studied Law at the Andrés Bello Catholic University, Caracas (2000). Prior to joining D’Empaire in 2012 (he became a partner in 2014), Roberto worked as an associate and then as a partner at Deloitte (Romero-Muci & Asociados) from 2002 to 2012.
