Rodolfo G. Papa. Lawyer, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), with Honors Diploma.

Former scholarship holder of the "Fundación Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires". Master of Laws in International Economic Law (LL.M). University of Warwick (England). Awarded the British Chevening Scholarship.

In his professional practice, he specializes in the negotiation and design of M&A transactions. As an author, he has published 7 books, and more than a hundred doctrinal articles, papers and comments to judgments. As an international academic, he has given courses, lectures, presentations, training and courses in Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Panama, and more recently, virtually.

Director of the international professional training courses: "Structure of an M&A Deal", and "Contractual Negotiation of Trusts".

In this last task, during the last 5 years, he has professionally trained more than 400 corporate lawyers from 13 Latin American countries.

He has been LATIN COUNSEL’s correspondent in Argentina since 2005.
