Rodrigo Cardoze joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2014. He is Co-Managing Partner and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Mr. Cardoze is the Head of the Corporate Counsel and 360 Legal Solutions Practice Group.
Mr. Cardoze focuses mainly on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and banking transactions. Mr. Cardoze is noted for regularly advising international clients on general corporate matters and cross-border transactions with parties in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Europe and Asia.
