He is executive director and partner of Bruchou & Funes de Rioja. He is Director of Munita & Olvarria (Chile) and member of the Board and Executive Committee of Ius Laboris (Global HR Law Alliance).

He obtained his MBA from Duke University and is studying for a PhD in Business Administration at UCEMA. He specialized in human capital management and management of professional services companies: Human Resources Specialization Program, University of California at Berkeley; Managing People, The Wharton School; and Leading Professionals Service Firms, Harvard Business School.

He is a member of the supervisory commission of the UCEMA superior council and of the advisory board of the UCEMA law degree. He has been a speaker and teacher on issues of strategic alignment and management of professional services companies.
