Ruth Castillo has developed for more than 10 years in the field of Labor Law, developing during her career as Sectional Attorney of the Secretary of Labor and Social Security, Legal Advisor to the board of directors and management of the University School Hospital, Legal Director of the University School Hospital thus achieving extensive experience in labor matters Administrative Law, administrative contracting, Litigation, negotiation and alternative resolution of Labor conflicts, Participating in the Preparation of Executive and legislative Decrees, Agreements, labor contracts, review and preparation of Labor regulations. - During his Work Experience in State Institutions it has allowed him to participate in Commissions in order to resolve Legal conflicts, as well as in the resolution of Administrative resources in defense of the Public Administration, likewise as a result of said experience, today he advises national companies and foreign, in the areas of labor law, administrative law and administrative contracting, litigation and arbitration.
