He has experience in the regulation of water resources for investment projects in all productive sectors, especially in the mining, agricultural, industrial, sanitation and power generation sectors. His practice includes the determination of the strategy for obtaining enabling titles granted by the National Water Authority such as water use rights, discharge and reuse authorisations, among others. In addition, he has expertise in tariff regulation for the service of monitoring and management of groundwater use and in the procedures of Favourable Technical Opinion in the framework of evaluation of environmental management instruments.
