Santiago joined Galicia in 2019 as associate in the Arbitration and Commercial Litigation practices and was promoted to Counsel in January 2026. For his vast experience, pragmatic approach, and strategic perspective, he has become an essential contributor to the team.
Santiago represents clients in international arbitrations involving national, transnational companies and state-owned entities, in an array of industries (construction, public works contracts, energy, among others), under ICC, ICDR, and LCIA, rules, as well as investment arbitrations under ICSID rules.
