Silvia Puche Martinez joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa in 2023 as an Associate in the Corporate and M&A team at Madrid’s office.
Silvia has more than eight years of professional experience in various areas of corporate law, such as domestic and international acquisitions, vendor and buy-side due diligence and recurrent advice on corporate and contractual matters. Her previous experience was mostly acquired at PwC Tax & Legal Spain, although she has also worked for PwC London’s office.
