Silvia specializes in domestic and international commercial arbitration, public procurement, and engineering and construction project management. She sponsors clients in construction industry disputes through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, such as arbitration and dispute boards.

She is frequently involved in arbitrations arising from construction contracts, both public and private, covering sectors such as highways, sanitation, hospitals and power plants. She has also represented clients in administrative proceedings before domestic and international institutions, such as the International Court of the International Chamber of Commerce, in multinational cases.

In addition, Silvia contributes to the field by publishing specialized articles and participating as a speaker in events on construction law and arbitration.
