• Stefania holds a PhD in IP Law from the University of Parma.

• She has taught courses at the University of Parma, including "Legislation and Patents - Chemical and Biotech Patents and GMO Legislation."
• Stefania also teaches for postgraduate courses at the Italian School for the Judiciary and the Polytechnic University of Milan.
• Additionally, she was involved in an online course organized by Harvard University.

• Stefania is a registered representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), which became operational on 1 June 2023. 

• Stefania is listed among the Leading Individuals in The Legal 500.
• She is ranked in Chambers Global/Europe and the World Trademark Review.
• In IP Stars, she is recognized as a Patent Star in the patent strategy and counseling category.
